The economic development and tourism department for the United Counties of Prescott-Russell (UCPR) wants advice and suggestions from the business community in drafting the Prescott and Russell Economic Response and Recovery Plan (PRERRP). The department is setting up an online survey as part of its consultation process on the plan.
“We understand the business community’s fatigue towards surveys, given that over the past few months, the region’s entrepreneurs have been heavily solicited by numerous organizations,” stated Carole Lavigne, UCPR economic development and tourism director. “However, the survey remains the most effective way for us to consult with our regional business owners and we hope that the business community will accept once again to provide us with its input.”
The UCPR conducted a previous survey in May on the impact, real and potential, of the pandemic on Prescott-Russell’s business sector. The for the that survey is available on the UCPR website.
The second survey follows up on the results of the first one. Email notices of the second survey, with a link to the survey site itself, are going out to local businesses. Business owners who do not receive the email notice by July 9 can email firstname.lastname@example.org for the link to the survey.
July 15 is the deadline to respond to the survey.
