$500,000 LottoMax ticket in Prescott-Russell

Someone in the Prescott-Russell region has a lottery ticket worth half a million dollars.

The Friday night LottoMax prize of $70 million in the January 3 draw is still unclaimed but there were lots of smaller prizes for winners holding tickets for the Maxmillions extra draw.

One of those January 3 draw tickets is worth $500,000 and someone in the Prescott-Russell has it. No details are available yet from the Ontario Lottery and Games Commission (OLG) on where the ticket was bought or who the winner is. Residents who bought their LottoMax tickets for last Friday should check them out at the nearest lottery ticket retailer and then contact the OLG.

The $70 million LottoMax grand prize remains available for the Tuesday, January 7 draw.
