Three arrested in Casselman for fraud

On July 11, shortly before 2:30 p.m., Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a fraud complaint at a business on Principale Street in Casselman. Their investigation revealed that two men and one woman had attempted to use false identities.

A 23-year-old womwn, Chrysstyna Margaret Dillon, of Brampton, was charged with two counts of identity theft (obtain or possess another person’s identity information), failing to Comply with Recognizance, possession of a credit card, two counts of possession of an identity document, two counts of personation with Intent (Identity Fraud), two counts of possession of a forged document with intent, possession of illicit cannabis, possession of a Schedule I Substance and fraudulent use of certificate of citizenship. She is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal, on July 18.

A 22-year-old man, Inti Sebastian Falero-Delgado, from Oka, Quebec, was charged with fraud Under $5000 and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on the same day as Dillon.

A 22-year-old man, Yanniss Raemdonck-Bouaou, from Montreal, Quebec, was charged with personation with Intent – intent to obtain property (identity fraud), two counts of possession of an identity document, use, deals, acts on forged document and identity Theft – obtain or possess another person’s identity information. He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal, on August 14.

On July 8, at about 3:30 a.m., officers responded to a domestic dispute on Calypso Street in The Nation Municipality.

 Their investigation revealed that an altercation had taken place between two men and a woman. A 33-year-old man from Ottawa, was charged with: three counts of spousal assault, one count of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm (spousal) and one case of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal, on August 7.

On July 11, shortly before 3 a.m., officers responded to a domestic dispute on Notre-Dame Street in Embrun, where an altercation had taken place between a man and a woman. A 47-year-old man, of Embrun, was charged with one count of spousal abuse and one count of failing to comply with a probation order and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal, on July 31.
